We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!! If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit! NO CASH RETURNS GIVEN. timeline will be based off or "delivered" status through currier!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at oliviaandgraceco@yahoo.comMUST CONTACT WITHIN 36 HOURS upon receiving! timeline will be based off or "delivered" status through currier!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. BUYER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE!

EXCEPTIONS

If item(s) that you purchased were discounted, on sale, final sale, end of season, OOAK or purchased with a gift card we will not offer any returns on these items!

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. MUST CONTACT us within 24 hours of receiving. timeline will be based off or "delivered" status through currier!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Olivia & Grace! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping is ONLY through UPS! Shipments to PO Boxes are prohibited! If you need further assistance in this, please reach out via email @ OliviaAndGraceCo@yahoo.com

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Olivia & Grace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Olivia & Grace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
